"Local muito isolado, não tem elevador, quartos distantes, ninguém ajuda com a mala e ainda pedimos auxílio para conseguir um táxi e não ajudaram. Indicaram alguém um “particular” que cobrou um abusei do pela corrida. Não voltaria. "

"Excellent quiet location. Traditional pub atmosphere with log fire welcoming you on arrival. Breakfast was superb especially the eggs royal."

"Great place 2 mins walk to the beach Nigel and Simon were very friendly and Simon had 2 of his owls with him, which was a thrill to see!! Room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. My only gripe was £30 additional cost for our small, non malting dogs."

"Altogether a splendid experience. Would certainly return when in that part of Norfolk."

"Stayed for one night on Saturday 17th October. The accommodation wasn't quite as expected, but a pleasant surprise. What I thought we were getting was a 'normal' double room. However, it was in fact a whole apartment overlooking the wonderful Minster. The accommodation was very spacious, warm, comfortable and close to all amenities. "Lovely room we stayed in(rye). Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed. Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price."

"The property was dusty wallpaper ripped whole in the wall behind the door dusty mirrors filthy bathroom looks like mould WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER AS THE BASE FILLED WITH WATER BEFORE IT COULD DRAIN CERY UNCOMFORTABLE BED AND MATTRESS DID NOT FIT BED BASE"

"I was visiting Kings Lynn and this turned out a really nice place to stay with a ton of parking, very quiet and peaceful and with good food and drink available. The room had a lot of character and so much nicer than a hotel chain. Thankyou"

"Good location."
