Two king bedrooms with TVs for added comfort. The cinema room is ideal for movie nights and rainy days. Step outside to enjoy your private hot tub or make use of the private parking. Whether you`re planning a laid-back break or a fun-filled getaway, Pebble House offers the perfect base for making lasting memories by the sea.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and garden.
We are delighted to welcome guests to our luxury home and ask that everyone helps us maintain it to a high standard for future visitors.

Dogs:
-Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
-Dogs must not be allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, or any other furniture.
-Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are house-trained, do not cause damage, and do not create excessive noise or disturbance.
-Please clean up after your dog at all times.
-Any damage or additional cleaning required as a result of a dog`s stay may incur an additional charge.

Towels:
Bath towels are provided for use within the holiday home only.
-Guests must bring their own towels for use at the beach.

Respect for Neighbours:
This holiday home is located in a residential community. Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during evening and night-time hours.

Parties and Events:
-Stag parties and hen parties are not permitted.
-Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
