"I routinely book a room here to visit friends. I also inform them about my cat. I am not sure why they have tried to place me in room 241 repeatedly. Room 241 smells horrible, the A/C doesn’t work well & the fridge doesn’t preserve anything. The TV is extremely tiny and useless. All of my food was soggy warm & ruined. The carpet also has stains all over & the toilet was dirty & the sink had toothpaste in it. I got my friend to call up & check about free rooms. They told him they had some...

"Nasty, Smelly and rude. Book your stay anywhere else I checked in at 5pm and checked out within 1/2 hours. Room 103 smelled horrible my cat kept gagging and would not eat. I cracked the windows, sprayed deodorizer & it still smelled horrible. I wanted to see if fresh air circling in would help it did not. I returned to the front desk asking for another room- the crossed eyed employee proceeded to yell “no stink” in broken English repeatedly. I simply returned to my room packed up & left May...
