"Historic character inn with rooms right in the centre of town. Parking is available in nearby municipal pay and display car parks - but do check with the hotel beforehand for details of which to park in as the closest is a short stay with a maximum stay of only 4 hours. There is a separate long stay car park within walking distance. Bedrooms have been stylishly brought up to twenty first century standards. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended."

We booked the stay based on how we were spoken over the phone when contacting the propery prior for some details. "The rooms look very tired, needing some attention. The breakfast was average and there was a long wait for it to be prepared. It seems they were understaffed on the day. The shower was nice though.. and the small fridge and AirCon were great in a hot summer day!"

"We arrived before the check-in time and dropped our luggage there, wich was placed in our room when we finally got to the room. The staff couldn't be nicer. The hotel is located by the entrance to the Cathedral, near stores, pubs and restaurants. Comfortable clean room. Ours was an ensuite. I would definitely recommend it. "
