"My partner and I had a lovely time here. The location was quiet and the rooms were extremely clean. A little outside of Birmingham but a great place to stay overnight, complete with private parking. Will definitely stay again when back in the area! Thanks!"

"The property was clean, including the bedding and towels. Kitchen and bathroom were equipped with all we needed. Short walk into the city where for the many restaurants. Parking was a challenge. The area where it was indicated we should park was very small, barely wider than the pavement, so the car would have needed to be parked alongside the garage rather than reversed into the space in front of the garage otherwise the car would protrude into the road. "Room’s cleaning standards were very basic. Room for some improvement there it would benefit for sure. Very minor issues found with one or two ants I found in the room, and some foreign hairs on bedding on the first day, checking in.
