"In general, this is such a beautiful refuge from the noise of city/suburban life in Upstate New York. Gazing out the window the first morning, we saw a flock of turkeys passing through. The next day, fox and, later, a small herd of deer. The house itself is lovely. Though it was just my husband and I, this is the perfect place for families. "We were there for a wedding so we didn’t do any local activities. The house and its history were amazing. Everything you could possibly need was in the home. I liked the location also because you were out of town but still close enough for a few minutes trip to get to restaurants and shopping. "
