"The room was spotless and nicely laid out when we arrived. The staff was awesome and would check on me each day to see if I needed fresh towels or anything. My son had an accident on the 2nd night and they handled it with such care and reminded me that accidents happen sometimes. They gave me a trash bag to put the bedding in, and took them to wash, & quickly brought us back new bedding. They handled it very professionally. The man who came to help me with the bedding was very nice and playful...

Suggest removing broken/non-functioning bottle fed water cooler in exercise room and having signage direct guests to water fountain “just around the corner by the elevator.“ Warm breakfast adequate and served in very comfortable, bright area.
