"Your staff was great, breakfast and coffee were good! We knew the elevator was broken when we booked the room, when we arrived the window shade in our room was broken, they did come fix that, but the real deal breaker was the COLD WATER!!! I had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had cold water, not much fun getting ready for a wedding with cold showers!!! Supposedly the hotel has damage from an earthquake or a tornado and they are waiting for insurance, hotel is in dire need of repairs. I would not...

"We were first shown a room where the bathroom hadn't been cleaned, towels all over the floor, etc. Just very obvious. We switched rooms. The young man on shift that night (it was after midnight) was very helpful. The next day we went to a concert and came back in a wave. About 25 people stood in the lobby for nearly an hour waiting on someone to help us with a variety of things. Some people were trying to check in, some just wanted a towel, some needed a pillow, some wanted to purchase snacks....
