"Cool location, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for us. We were able to bring our dog which was nice. We had smores a few times and enjoyed having access to the pontoon. Was nice not having to worry about neighbors. Owner was very responsive, good Wi-Fi access. Got to see a plane come and go as well!"

The owner was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything so easy. One of our favorite moments was watching the sunset from the top deck..truly unforgettable!"

"We had a wonderful time at the cabin on Balsam Lake! The downstairs area was perfect for the kids and we had plenty to do between fishing and the kayaks. We braved the seaweed in the middle of the lake for a short swim but were happiest on top of the water. "

"Great family weekend on the lake! Space for everyone. Enjoyed using the canoe and 2 kayaks with easy access into the water. Walk out basement provided shelter and yard game space for a rainy morning. Had everything we needed for a weekend of fun! "

"Our stay at Big Sand Lake was fantastic. The home fit our family well. Much bigger than the pictures. The view from the deck is fantastic, and the access to the lake is second to none. Check-in and check-out was effortless. Great communication from the owners. Will be returning!"
