"We had the best stay at this property! There was a little bit of trouble (outside of our or the owner’s control) with check in, but throughout that whole process, the owner was communicating clearly with us and was super gracious in helping us figure out what would be best. We definitely recommend!"

"Everything was exactly as listed and the place was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy covered parking. Ana responded very quickly to any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. I will definitely keep this one at the top of my list for our next visit to PCB."

"Went for thunder beach bike week and had a blast besides ended up getting sick first day lol. The bed was more comfier than mine at home! Only downfall was we were told by receptionist there was trailer parking on property although there was, it was public parking and have to pay to store our trailer. Thats no fault of the condo owner just Laketown wharf in general so beware if you take a trailer if going for bike week."

"House was great. Management was great. The water part was not open and was not told is before booking the property. That was a let down and caused frustration, but over all we 13 adults and 2 children enjoy the property and would recommend it."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house was everything we could imagine. The only issue we had was the 3rd floor sleeper sofa linen was not changed and had urine stains… after calling the office for the second time the manager came and corrected the problem. The office staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We definitely will stay again."

"O hotel precisa fazer algumas melhorias: o Wi-Fi é muito ruim, desconecta inúmeras vezes por dia. Fui me informar na recepção sobre o que estava ocorrendo, e as desculpas eram as mais variadas: primeiro disseram que os nossos quatro celulares estavam com problema, depois o Wi-Fi estava sendo revisto, depois a senha mudou, depois a senha mudou novamente, e por aí vai. A limpeza do quarto é feita somente a cada 3 dias. Os móveis são velhos e sujos; alguns são mal cuidados. Os estofados das poltronas precisam ser trocados urgentemente. O café da manhã é bom somente no final de semana; durante a semana, ele é reduzido e a atendente da recepção tem que conciliar as tarefas da recepção do hotel com a reposição dos itens do café da manhã. Durante a semana não tem pratos quentes. A bancada da pia do banheiro tem o caimento invertido e a água fica pingando no chão molhando o banheiro."
