"Room was beautiful and very clean along with the resort. Note: pillows aren’t very comfortable and the restaurant stays open until midnight however they stop serving food at 10PM. wish we would have known that."

"the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that."

"Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS"

"Staff were very kind, and it was fine for the price. But the fridge clicked all night and did not get cold. And there was some kind of drip coming from the down spout despite the lack of rain that kept waking me up."

"It is basically what you pay for. Not updated, but clean and "basic". We felt safe. Staff were all friendly and breakfast was standard but enough of what we liked. We had an issue with the t.v. not working and the door sticking, but weren't there long enough to put in the effort to get it resolved. Very convenient to Cedar Point."

"The staff was very nice. I arrived after 10pm and had to call the number to have someone that lives on property to come over and check us in. When I originally booked this hotel there were amenities listed that are no longer available. Shut down restaurant, outdoor pool and hot tub. It is a quaint little quirky place if you are looking for something to unplug from the world. The room we got had new carpet that was replaced very recently. They were repairing one set of stairs. "Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where. The phone was never fixed after I complained and our bed was not made or changed it was the same way we left it. so no it was not a good stay and if this reaches anyone i would like reimbursed some money for my stay if possible. my email is sassilem204103@gmail.com or phone number 724-771-3721 thank you the staff was unhelpful also."

"Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good but shower head was nearly half a foot short than me (5'11), shower shelves not level as my shampoo bottle fell off onto my foot 4 times, the drink machines only accepted cash and 1 dollar bills with at least 1 not even working at all. But the tipping point was the fact that I noticed that after getting out of the shower and walking around in my room barefoot, the bottom of my feet started turning black from how dirty the carpet was."
