"It would have been more welcoming if there would have been coffee, tea and water available so you don’t have to go looking for a place to buy it. The deck area was not clean, the tables and chairs were dirty. The second bedroom should have a more comfortable bed. There was a very musty smell throughout the whole house. The house was nice and clean. If everything above is looked after I would stay there again if I came back to Alliston."

"This place is a hidden gem and the decor was second to none. We met Jim and he was lovely. We forgot butter for corn on the cob and he was nice enough to bring us some from his personal home. We would love to come back in the fall or winter. "

"We have stayed at dozens of vacation rentals around the world and this was our favorite, by far. The entire stay is magical from the moment you pull into the driveway. It's hard to put into words, but it is one of the most charming homes we have ever seen---inside and outside--and combined with the incredible pool, hot tub, and other outdoor activities (a gorgeous stream that you can hear from the yard!), we will for sure be back.
