"This property is in a quiet location, close to town and the bridge. It is clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. The host was very responsive. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Red Cottage and it is my favorite place that I've stayed while visiting Wilmington. Peaceful, plenty roomy, less than 10 minutes to town and even closer to the lake. I have Celiac so have to bring items like a toaster to avoid cross-contamination but the kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The team was super responsive even before my stay. Highly recommend and look forward to my next visit! "

"Perfect for our needs- only 3 minutes from wedding venue down the street. The property was very clean, beautifully decorated, had plenty of parking, all sorts of games and the pool table kept everyone entertained. Also had the biggest tv in the living room I have ever seen!! We hope to stay there again in the future. The host was great, and the Amherst area is beautiful! "

"This is a charming and well-appointed cottage in a beautiful setting. It felt open and very spacious for the two of us (& it could easily host 2 more people). The kitchen was well-equipped, and the rest of the place was thoughtfully planned out. We especially loved the screened-in porch, from which you could observe the natural beauty surrounding us, including the rolling hills beyond. One thing we do wish we had was fans in the upstairs rooms, as we stayed in the summer time and it did get quite hot up there. The owners were very helpful, and amazing with communication. We would absolutely love to stay here again one day! "

"Our stay at the Timber Riverhouse was amazing! Vacations for us are all about the outdoors and this home did not disappoint. The house was beautiful with lots of wonderful features like the solid beams, spiral staircase, comfy beds, fantastic deck, and even a hot tub!
