Located close to good amenities such as Sainsburys and Tesco, a laundrette and plenty of independent shops. It has a large, mature rear garden area, with a beautiful bistro set where you can relax in the Summer. 

Guests will have access to the entire house and all of its amenities.

This is a self check in house via a lock box. Guest will be given a key to enter the home. All the check in details will be given via a link. This will be a step by step guide with images to assist you with your check in, making it stress free.

Located in the quiet and leafy suburbs of Nether Edge, Sheffield. Its a ten minute bus journey away from the City Centre, Universities and Hospitals. It is ideally located near Eccellsal Road and the bustling bistros, trendy cafes, bars and pubs on Abbeydale Road and Chesterfield Road. Not to mention that it is in close driving distance to the breathtaking Peak District National Park.

Bus stops just a walk away to get around! And a 5-minute drive to the centre of town! Enjoy!

Guests will be able to take advance of self check In at their own convenience, using a lockbox right at the entrance of the home! This allows your check in to be 100% hassle free.

The house will be fully equipped with all the necessary items required for an enjoyable and comfortable trip. Along with your fresh linen and towels, we even provide complimentary essentials such as dishwater tablets, bin bags, tea towels and foil.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
On site parking is available. This must be registered in advance. Please provide us with a picture of your car and registration plate before arrival so we can arrange this for you.

Visitors are not permitted to use the car park and will need to park on the road. Please note that any unauthorised vehicles parked on site will be towed.
