Thank you for your kind review and we are happy that your family enjoyed their stay at Lyndene. We are surprised you mention low ceilings, as this has never been an issue for our guests before. For reference, from floor to ceiling is approximately 9ft in height. The ceiling slightly slopes away at the sides of the room. The old beams, tend to fit with the overall Victorian character of the room. As we tend to have families staying in our King Room, we have fitted a full-size bath and good quality hand held shower, as this is perfect for children.
