Hotéis para famílias em Sheffield

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go...

"Great location,parking helpful staff"

"Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff."

"NEEDS IMPROVING. The location was fantastic, however there are several things that need work and whoever cleans the flat would know this. The freezer section of the refrigerator is one solid block of ice, pushing open the freezer door. It's so bad that a person needs to make sure the fridge door is closed. The shower hose and drain need attention. The drain gets plugged immediately. The bed is the absolute WORST bed I have ever slept on. I bet the mattress is several decades old. You feel...

"The hotel was in contact beforehand making certain aspects such as check in and parking clear. Upon arrival staff welcomed us and answered any questions we had calmly. The hotel was calm and relaxing. The room was spacious and as a famiy of 4 we enjoyed our overnight stay."

"A really nice place and staff were also extremely helpful and friendly"

"Unfortunatly not much to like ,there was a serious sewage issue ,had the whole first floor with a sten"

"The appartment was not clean, an heavy smell of sewer. Many places in the apartment was really dirty: bathroom curtain, oven and fridge was destroyed. There were dirty bed sheet in a wardrobe entrance. The wifi password was not given to us and after our arrival we had no answer at all from the property. Hopefully we have booked only one night. I do not recommend this place."

"Clean property in good location"

"One lady member of staff was exceptionally helpful and kind she was on duty Thursday morning and afternoon always asked if there was anything she could do for us greeted with a very pleasant smile. When we arrived no disabled friendly room had I got a response when I emailed in September I would have changed to a different hotel. No plugs for medical equipment causing me to collapse on wed night no fridge to keep medication in bed was awful no toilet paper had to buy our own even after...

"Foi o pior hotel que já loquei pelo site, as avaliações não são compatíveis com o que é oferecido pelo hotel. Tudo era muito sujo, chão, quarto, coberta, banheiro. Nao ofereceram toalhas, apesar de ter visto numa caixa no chão, mas nem usaria. A pia do quarto tinha resto de cabelo de barba, a toalha de rosto que estava atrás da porta estava suja. Até o aquário era imundo, fiquei com dó dos peixes. O banheiro apagava a luz constantemente dificultando o banho. Os pontos positivos ficam para a...
