Welcome to The Arthouse - a bright, self-contained studio with private entrance in Sheffield’s peaceful S6.

Just 10 minutes to the city centre or Peak District, and a short walk to Hillsborough Park, Stadium, and local pubs and cafés.

Sleeps up to four adults with a king-size mezzanine bed and quality double sofa bed.

Complimentary breakfast included, plus fast WiFi, air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchenette, and access to the garden and patio for a cosy, convenient stay.

The Space:

This is a private, fully self-contained studio, attached to our home but with your own entrance and complete privacy during your stay. Inside, you’ll find:

A king-size bed on a raised mezzanine platform, accessed by a short staircase. It’s a cosy and elevated sleep space that adds character to the room, while keeping the main floor open and spacious

A high-quality double sofa bed in the lounge - ideal for one or two extra guests if you’re happy to share

A dining table with four chairs, perfect for meals, laptops, or planning your day

A complimentary breakfast to get you started - help yourself to granola, cornflakes, crumpets, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, tea & coffee.

A well-equipped kitchenette with a two-ring halogen hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle

A modern shower room with heated towel rail

A wall-mounted TV, visible from both the bed and the sofa

Fast WiFi and full air conditioning (heating + cooling) for year-round comfort

Guest Access:

Guests have full, private use of the studio throughout their stay, with a separate entrance and a code-lock door for easy self check-in at any time after 3pm.

You’ll also have access to the patio seating area and shared use of the garden, which includes a small play area with swings.

On-street parking is usually available directly outside.

We don’t recommend using the driveway, as the studio door opens outward and may be blocked by parked cars.

Other Things To Note:

The king-size bed is on a mezzanine platform, accessed via a small set of stairs.

It's easy to climb and makes smart use of space, but may not be suitable for elderly guests or those with limited mobility

Sleeps up to 4 adults (1 king-size bed + 1 double sofa bed)

Great for couples, solo guests, 2–3 friends, or small families

Tea, coffee, and sugar provided on arrival
