4 bedroom house opposite Northern General Hospital

Welcome to our cosy, newly furnished four-bed house directly opposite the Northern General Hospital, close to Meadowhall, Sheffield Arena and City Centre. We provide clean and safe accommodation. It is a perfect place for a business trip, contractors, group travellers, or family and friends visiting the city. Our priority is providing high quality comfortable mattresses/ linens to make sure our guests get the best night's sleep, as well as providing towels, soaps, and a TV.
Ground Floor
The ground floor has a spacious living room area with comfortable seating and a TV. The dining room provides a large table with comfortable seating for up to six people. In the kitchen area you have the use of a dishwasher, washing machine, cooker/oven and fridge, as well as cooking utensils, dishes, crockery, kettle, and a toaster for your convenience.


First Floor
On the first floor is the master bedroom providing a huge space to wind down and relax. The standard double-bed has a high-quality foam mattress with cotton linen to ensure our guests have the best night's sleep. It also provides a wardrobe with hangers and small cupboard for your belongings.

The bathroom has a full-sized bath and shower, toilet, and large sink with cupboard and shelf space for your toiletries. There is also spare toilet roll and some toiletries for our guests to use. Next to the bathroom is a single bedroom with the same high-quality mattress and cotton linen as well as draw space for our guests.

Second Floor
On the second floor there are two rooms both with small-double beds with the same high-quality mattresses and cotton linen, both with a Velux window and one bedroom with a small en-suite toilet.
Other details to note:
Please, do take care of our house as though it were your own. In the event that more cleaning is needed after check-out, there may be a fee. We reserve the right to bill you for any damage or lost keys as well.
