For longer stays or if you run out during your visit, you’re welcome to top up as needed. Budgens, located nearby, is a convenient local shop where you can pick up additional supplies. Damage Protection & Guest Verification We use SuiteOp, a trusted third-party platform, for guest verification and damage protection. All guests must complete this quick process before check-in, which includes: ID verification Choosing your damage protection option: A refundable security deposit of £250, returned after your stay (subject to no reported damage), or A non-refundable damage waiver of £60, covering up to £250 in accidental damage. You’ll receive a secure payment link to complete your chosen option ahead of arrival. This step ensures a smooth check-in and peace of mind for everyone.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit of £500 (with service fee of £10) or a non-refundable damage waiver of £30 and offers protection up to £500.
If you need a little extra time, we do provide early check-ins and late check-outs, though these are based on availability and come with a small fee of £10 per hour. If you check out after the check out time, there is a fee of £50.
