"The location was great! Was on the first floor, which we didn’t like so much. Overlooking the parking lot. If we were to stay there again, we would be on the second floor most likely. The only complaint was the air conditioner was loud, but at least they had one."

"My son arrived late due to having to book the last ferry that. He missed the front desk by an half hour. There were shady people in the parking lot yelling at him, so I told him to find another hotel for the night. I called Expedia to cancel the rest of his stay. Expedia due to policy had to call the hotel to ask permission to cancel, he was told to tell me to call them directly, he stated that it was the first time being told to have the customer call directly. I did, they claimed that my son...

"The resort is beautiful and peaceful. Views of the bay are spectacular and the staff was happy to assist with any needs or requests. The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice amenities after a long day of exploring Vancouver Island. We had a great time."
