"Ótimo hotel"

"Ótimo hotel para quem vai conhecer as cataratas ou fazer compras na outlet. Bem perto ! "

"Incrível.quarto ótimo hotel novo"

" Cafe da manha ok"

"Melhor vista do conjunto de Cataratas Niágara. "

"Love the location of this hotel and it was clean. Thats where the good ends. The bed was very hard. We did not sleep well. The room was dated and due for a renovation. No USB ports for charging a phone so don't forget your wall wart and a long cable. The front desk staff had more important things to do, like painting their nails and zoom calling their family then assisting customers. I wouldn't stay here again."

"The rooms heating was great. The bed was comfortable. The location couldn’t be better, it’s so close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This was my second stay, I would stay again & would recommend."

"No wifi, Entrance and exit doors did not require card entry…. Very unsafe"

"Rede me pareceu muito boa. Moderno e funcional "

"Passamos duas noites nesse hotel. Como é uma localidade fria, o corredor interno foi uma excelente notícia. A TV ja vinha conectada a internet e foi possivel assustir netflix e youtube. Cafe da manha continental simples com mas que matava nossa fome. Numa rua cheia de opções de compras e alimentação. "

"7 mins drive to falls. Rooms were not as expected. Staff were not polite. BF was okay. There were water bottles or tea or coffee bags. Towels were in old and bad condition"

"Shout out to Sandy, who was so upbeat at so early in the morning! Helpful staff, cozy rooms, and very restful."

"Muito bom! A única reclamação fica por conta do barulho dos outro hóspedes."

"Good price, I know 3 stars shouldn't expect much. I like the newly renovated bathroom. I don't like they put the air- conditioner next to the bed, either turn it off or too extreme temperature in the room. Besides there is a fly in the room, we can't get rid of, how can it come inside the room, especially outside is 50's F°. The stay all I love only the complimentary breakfast, it's so good."

"Room didn’t smell clean rug was dirty and there were some spiders"
