"When we got to this location , the house was freezing and we tried to turn the heat on but nothing happened for 2 hours we were still cold. I called the owner and he moved us to a different location right away. The other place was amazing it fit everybody and it was very warm! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !"

"Booked this property for World Cup matches. The price was much higher than the usual rate but is to be expected so such a big event. Location was great as about a 15 minute drive to Plaza and easy to get to Arrowhead stadium where matches were held. Communication prior to arrival was great however once we got there, communication was not consistent or timely. House smelled musty but we got some clean scent air freshener and it took away a lot of it. No outlet in upstairs hall bathroom. ...

"Our family traveled to Kansas City for an event at the Kaufman center downtown. This place was extremely close to the highway in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities we needed. It was a quick drive to downtown and property is located in a safe neighborhood."
