This serene vacation rental nestled along the picturesque Wolf River is an ideal retreat for families/friends seeking a nature-filled escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Whether you plan to spend your days indulging in outdoor activities (boating, kayaking, fishing, snowmobiling, etc.) or simply unwinding in the well-equipped furnished home, you won't be disappointed with the range of nearby activities, ample living space, screened porch, and on-site amenities. Come with your entire family and create unforgettable memories that will last throughout the year!
This expansive riverfront home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and over 2200 square feet of living space, situated on a peaceful road in Shawano County. With more than 400 feet of river access, you'll enjoy breathtaking views and the chance to spot majestic bald eagles and pileated woodpeckers. Stay warm and cozy with the indoor pellet fireplace or gather around the outdoor fire pits any day of the week.
In the summer, take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool for some added fun in the sun.
On the first level of this vacation rental, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and glassware for all your cooking needs.
The master bedroom on the main level offers a stunning river view and direct access to the deck. It is furnished with a comfortable king-size bed.
The space also features two additional bedrooms, a full and half bathroom, and a spacious great room leading out to the large deck.
Head down to the lower level and discover an expansive gathering area with a bar, pool table, dartboard, and another full bathroom. There's also a three-season porch and an additional bedroom with two bunk beds (twin over full) for added convenience. Keep the whole family entertained with board games and books suitable for all ages.
The owners live next door in the attached but separate in-law suite and are available as needed.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
• Dock – Please bring your own boat as the pontoon boat owned by the owners is not included in the rental. We are open to renting the pontoon for $200/ for 8 hrs a day with evidence of boating experience. Please inquire about this opportunity.

Provided Amenities:
To make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible, we want to ensure you have everything you need. We provide all the necessary bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom amenities, such as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and 12 towels. Additionally, we offer a starter pack of essential supplies, including 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap (1 per day), hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags. For your convenience, the shower is stocked with a dispenser of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also find some basic pantry items such as salt and pepper, a few spices, and oil to use during your stay.
Additional Notes:
• Bring your fishing gear and other recreational items.
• Enjoy swimming in the river and/or the pool during the summer months.
• PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS!
• Rest assured that the owners and property managers live next door in this two-home unit and are readily available should any needs arise during your stay.
• DOG FRIENDLY. We are happy to welcome up to two friendly dogs at our vacation rental, subject to a fee of $125 per dog per stay, upon approval. Unfortunately, we do not allow cats. If you didn't pay for your pets during registration, please note that pet fees will be collected upon arrival. To maintain a comfortable and clean space for future guests and their furry friends, we kindly ask that you keep your dogs off all furniture. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! (Please be aware that the property owners have two dogs that may be outdoors at times as well.)
