The receptionist/ the person handles the check in was very rude, very unprofessional and very unwelcoming - not hospitable knowing they are in hospitality industry. "Not the best place I've stayed at but not the worst. From the front of the property it looked terrible when we were there. Grass was all dead and very faded and tired looking. Pool area is really nice with plenty of seating.
The room was mostly good apart from the room we were in had some kind of substance smeared on the wall below the vanity that didn't look great. Staff were nice but still not sure if I'd stay again. Definitely wasn't cheap considering it was a long way from being luxurious."

"The hotel was clean and well-designed and stylish. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Check-in & out process was quick and easy.
The room was spacious and well-maintained.
The bed & pillow was very comfortable. The swimming pool was really good especially the parasols and the swimming bed colour were super nice (instagrammable colours around the hotel). "

"Unit was below average for cleanliness, only 1 tea towel, not enough toilet paper and no dishcloths provided to wipe down surfaces. You could tell the staff were only there to get paid. (6 day stay)
