CUTE 2B/1B CABIN IN THE WEST VILLAGE ON MADRONE LANE

This charming recently remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cabin located in the West Village features all the amenities you could want as a getaway. Inside the front door, you enter into the dining room area with a table to feed 4 comfortably. The dining room is also open to the living room which has a comfortable couch, recliner, a large flat screen TV and a vintage chest with extra pillows and blankets. We have set up Dish TV and all your basic satellite channels. Broadband internet is a must in this modern age, so don't worry about staying connected with our complimentary WIFI. THE NEW IKEA KITCHEN has ample cabinet and counter space with all new stainless steel appliances. THE NEW IKEA BATHROOM has new cabinets, a new sink, flooring and more. Inside the 1st bedroom we have a comfortable queen size bed with a closet. Inside the 2nd bedroom you have another queen size bed, again with a closet for your belongings. Outside, there are two decks, one off the dining area and the other outside the sliding glass door. We also have a BBQ for guests to use (bring your own briquettes!) Within walking distance to the lake (a trek for some people), the town of Shaver, and all the restaurants. This cabin is great to get out of the heat and into the pines! Shaver Lake is a great town to come and getaway from the hustle of city life. At 5500 feet elevation, the air is cool and the sun is warm.
