Courtesy call after check in to the room - to be sure that room location is good (according to reserve room type). 2. During breakfast and dinner time Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Manager, Quality Manager - asking about food, service - to be sure that guest enjoy food and beverage selection, in case of special request we will be more than happy to prepare special meal. 3. During the day by pool and beach our animation team and guest service center agent contacting guest - to be sure that customer is satisfied in overall with holidays. 4. In the middle of vacation our guest service center team calling to the guest room - to ask if guest stay is comfortable. We would like to gave some comments about your recommendations Training Management is working in the Resort, he trained and develop staff, he has been informed about your recommendation and will take action on the floor. Food variety in main restaurant - there are 14 days rotation menu with special theme nights: International, Mexican, Seafood, German, Sunday Roast. There are different food buffet corners: healthy food; BBQ food, life cooking; kids corner; diet food selection apart of this there are 3 different kind of fish and meat selection. We understand that each food taste is different according to this Executive Chef is asking guest while they are eating in the Restaurant, please do not hesitate to inform about your food preferences while you are in the Resort.On behalf of all team SUNRISE ARABIAN BEACH RESORT we would like to thank you for choosing our Resort for your holidays and to share your experience with others.
