A hotel for warm sunshine
Service: top service everywhere. Bartenders at the blue bar, waiters at every restaurant and even the bartender at the beach bar, all were eagerly providing your drinks and snacks, and sometimes a refreshing fruit plate. Room: clean and tidy. With the shuttle bus running on the main road, easily reach the beach and anywhere. Mosquitoes are the main problem (surprisingly many in the end of Dec.) Beach: best location in Sharm. Facing south, sunshine almost the whole day.Sandy beach with scattered small corals in the water. Perfect for the curious children and people who are not able to swim. 1 meter deep water allows anyone to be able to explore almost the whole beach coral at the low tide (usually also clear water). Scuba diving senter has top coaches (we took OW licences here). But must say, sadly the coral reef has died a lot (and probably will lose all of them in the near future). Food: this is a big downfall although I like this hotel very much. Not much variety, not so tasty (don't if it's because of a lot of Italian guests, so almost no salt in any food.). Seafoods are terrible (sorry for this word). No edible fishes. Grilled calamari rings were raw. One day the seafood was fresh but the 2nd day not fresh. Red and white wines provided at the dinners are not good. Christmas dinner were not so special than evry day. I don't understand why so many people said that the food was good here (looking at my comments on other hotel i never criticised on food)

Everything was great except fir 2 little flaws: first of all when i arrived they didnt see the booking at the reception and i had to show them several times the receipt and reservation. Second, one day when i returned to the room the door was wide open. I did nit lravr it that way and besides there was a keycard inside which would be the 3rd card, and i only had 2, so it proves it wasnt me who opened and left it that was

Great hotel with great service!
TL;DR - One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had as a family. Pros: Great service, staff are polite, nice, smile and make you feel like a VIP as soon as you get in (heads up for blue bar guys Medhat and Beshoy!) Food is fresh and excellelnt, a lot of variety and restaurants to choose from. Always a lot of place inside. Hotel is huge, but yet extremely clean and organized, with a great shuttle from the Sentido entrance to the beach all day long. The beach is one of the best snorkeling spots I’ve ever visited, and I am one who snorkeled the Great Barrier Reef. Gym is great too, with a nice guy who make sure you stay hydrated during your training. Cons: Sentido pools are warm, and even hot. It is great for the kids but for adults its pretty tough. We personally preferred going to other pools in the resort. No shade all around the hotel - it gets extremely hot in summer, and the resort is huge! All the pedestrian walks are without shade at all, make it almost impossible to walk around at daytime. AquaPark operation hour’s doesn’t make sense - 10-12, 14-17. While the best time to be in the pools are after 17 when its breezy. I don’t get it.

Very nice!
Отдыхали в SENTIDO неделю семьёй 2+2 в семейном номере с видом на бассейн, на втором этаже (как выяснилось это был лучший вариант комнаты). Номер был рядом с ресепшен и аквапарком и соответсвенно в отдалённости от моря. Территория гостиницы огромная (SENTIDO + BEACH) и путь от номера к морю занимает минут 10-15 и в 40-градусную жару это ещё то удовольствие, благо каждые несколько минут курсирует автобус от аквапарка до моря и обратно и это очень удобно. В самом номере 2 комнаты и балкон с видом на бассейн, душ и 2 раковины. Номер не в самом лучшем техническом состоянии - на полу двигается керамика, сливной бачок неисправен, затычка для раковины работает только на закрытие. Персонал очень приятный, старается и пытается угодить клиетну и его потребностям, но не всегда получается (сломаная кнопка слива унитаза так и пролежала неделю на полу). Еда отличная - ожидали худшего и были приятно удивлены. Территория зелёная и ухоженная и вообще атмосфера замечательная. Море, караллы и пляж шикарные. Анимация приятная, много с ними общались и долго прощались :) Всем привет - приедем ещё!

Номера очень старые, половина светильников просто не работало. Но сам отель хоть и старый но живописный и с большой территорией и чистый . Обычно отдыхаем в отелях более высокого уровня. Но не смотря на это , в этом отеле было вполне себе. Пляжная линии , море хорошие. Аквапарк частично не работал(

Relaxing vacation
We both had a lovely stay in your hotel and will definitely recommend to others. The general manager was very welcoming and had time out of his day to always speak which I found was very nice. Big mention to Mr Mahmoud and Mr Ramy also. The beach was great with its area for sentido guests and was nice to have some evening entertainment after your evening meal in the bar. Un sogno ad occhi aperti
Un sogno ad occhi aperti, semplicemente Stupendo. Siamo rimasti veramente colpiti in positivo dalla struttura che si trova all’interno dello storico Reef Oasis Beac Resort , il quale ebbe un grande successo sul mercato italiano quando veniva venduto dai mitici “Viaggi del Ventaglio” tra fine anno ‘90 fino al 2010. Il Sentido Reef Oasis è un vero fiore all’occhiello di Sharm el-Sheik, struttura pulitissima, aree comuni ben curate e spazi all’aperto tenuti con una precisione maniacale, un vero spettacolo!!! Il personale veramente preparato, educato e cortese, iniziando dagli addetti alla pulizia delle camere fini ad arrivare agli addetti alla reception. Anche la cucina è a dir poco eccezionale , in particolare i cuochi italiani che hanno pianta stabile al ristorante in prossimità della spiaggia , preparano quotidianamente dei primi piatti deliziosi. La posizione di questa struttura è la migliore in assoluto a Sharm el-Sheik, velo garantisco io che vengo in vacanza a Sharm el- Sheik dal 1999, ed è uno dei pochi ad avere una spiaggia grande fatta di vera sabbia. In spiaggia poi c’è un punto ristoro che sforna pizze e panini con hamburger tutta la giornata. Anche le piscine sono stupende , come tutto il villaggio de resto. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi vuole trascorre una vacanza da sogno a Sharm el-Sheik davanti ad una barriera corallina davvero stupenda. Consiglio di prendere l“Exsecutive Room” per i suoi privilegi, te cui il lettino riservato in spiaggia.

Amazing Resort and Excellent Staff
Nice and decent resort , thank you every one for your good work. We stayed in a family room with 2 bedrooms - room 1166 -which was quite nice for our family , the aquapark is nice always crowded ,the beach is very nice with great snorkelling spots ,nice beach bar with excellent staff many thanks to Ayman, Youssef , Mostafa and Haytham for your great service.Our kids enjoyed the Kids Disco and the show following it many thanks to the animation team and their leader Teka (Hamdy). The reception guys were very nice ,helpful and understanding special thanks to Reda , Mohamed , Mahmoud and the rest of them. The food was nice ,excellent breakfast ,the desert section need improvement , the staff were very kind special thanks to Mr. Asaad and the rest of his staff at Mo's restaurant. Actually we enjoyed our stay there every one is ready to help you with a smile . Thank you and keep the good work.

Super godt hotel.
Executive på Sentido afd. Giver jer et voksen afsnit uden børn og larm. Hotellet har opgraderet hver gang vi kommer der. Maden er udmærket og der mangler aldrig opfylding. Godt personale overalt som er opmærksomme og hjælpsomme. Revet er suveræn til snorkling og dykning og det er samlignet med en del hoteller både i Sharm El Sheik og Hurghada. Husk en drikkeskilling, de arbejder hårdt for dig. 6 restauranger venter på jer plus 3 A La Carte ( betaling) 15 swimmingpool og en taxa til 6 euro til naamabay hvis i er til en livlig aften.

стало хуже
До этого года был не плохой релаксный отель (отдыхал в это же время 24.02-12.03 в 2018), в этом году отель переполнен, очень много с никому не нужными,не управляемыми детьми, родителям главное побольше залить за воротник - шара, из Моса в номера тащат все, поэтому администрации пришлось выставить таблички - вынос продуктов запрещен.На мой взгляд стало хуже, не изменна только отличная бухта с рифом, где можно сноркать при любом ветре, ни разу не было красных флагов. Наверно больше не вернусь, поищу что нибудь другое, пусть дольше добираться, но по спокойней.

Отель и рассположение превасходное, большая,зеленая и ухоженная территория, питание разообразное, обслуживающий персонал вежливый и улыбчивый. В отеле отдыхаем уже второй раз, дороговато но для отдыха в феврале-марте лучше не найти. Не понравилось только время заезда и выезда, за номер при раннем заезде надо доплачивать за сутки. Очень дорого и не удобно.

Отель великолепный! Прекрасный риф, чистые номера со всем необходимым, добротный аквапарк. Отдельно про еду - это фантастика! Все рестораны по а'ля карт, бары и просто рестораны на любой вкус. Фреши на завтрак, мясо и рыба на ужин!

В целом отпуск удался!
Отдыхали всей семьей. По этому бронировали 2 стандартных номера. Заезжали ночью и что бы не нервничать по поводу раннего заселения (дожидаться 12 часов дня в лобби - не радостная перспектива, отель забит под завязку) бронировали и день заезда. Заселили моментально. Пока пили предоставленный сок и прикладывали замороженные полотенца. Поселили на втором этаже (отличный вариант! есть балконы на которых можно сушить и вещи и полотенца без опаски), номера рядом. Вид на бассейн и ресторан Мо"с. Звукоизоляция у номеров отличная, никого не слышно, только остекление в одно стекло и через балкон слышно улицу (шум фонтанов и пение муллы ночью). Комплектация номера стандартная плюс халаты. Тапки принесли только мне и жене и только через неделю и только ради выманивания доллара. Детям ни тапок ни нормальной уборки, хорошо хоть меняли полотенца и добавляли шампуни. Заявленный минибар был изначально пустой (хотя в приветственном письме первый набор бесплатный а потом оплачиваемый отдельно). Питание нормальное, разнообразное, но понравилось питаться в итальянском Ля Джоконда. Там и официанты шустрее и блюда разнообразнее. Ну может быть немного шумнее из за итальянцев. Отдельно про море. Это фантастика!!! Красивейший риф. Видели даже скатов и крылаток просто с маской. Куча кораблей с кучей дайверов. Сам погружался, красотища! Аквапарк - для детей норм. Для постарше - слабовато, из 10 горок работает только 4. Плюшек не хватает, а те что есть сдуваются. Есть над чем подумать руководству.

SPLENDIDO RESORT..Forse troppo dispersivo per la sua vastita'. Pessima la spiaggia..affollatissima e troppo piccola per la grandezza del resort e tutti i suoi ospiti.!!
