🛂 ID Requirement
All adult guests are required to provide passport copies at the hotel gate upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes.

🏠 Flat Usage
The flat is for holiday use only—commercial use is not allowed.

It is well-decorated, clean, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

🍽️ Special Hotel Meal Pricing
As a guest, you can enjoy discounted meal options via the hotel:

Breakfast: $7

Lunch: $10

Dinner: $12

Please ask if you'd like to arrange meals in advance.

🧹 Cleaning Policy
The flat is self-catering and not serviced daily.

It is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. If anything is not satisfactory, we will resolve it the next day.

Bed linens and towels are fresh and cleaned.

Full cleaning can be request for $10 500 LE (paid in cash directly to the cleaner).

If anything breaks or you need assistance during your stay, please contact me immediately. We're happy to help!

🧾 Responsibility
Please leave the flat in the same clean and tidy condition in which you found it.
You are responsible for any damages during your stay.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is not allowed inside the flat, including Shisha or electronic devices (e.g., vapes).

You're welcome to smoke outside only.
