The building is light and airy and set in two acres of grounds, in a elevated and quiet coastal location, close to Shanklin Old Village and adjacent to National Trust land.

Sea View has an open plan living room with sofa and two tub chairs which boasts a large bay window were you can relax and take advantage of the magnificent uninterrupted sea views over Shanklin, Sandown and the English Channel.

The kitchen is fitted to a very high specification and patio doors leading off the living room to an outside balcony with table and chairs. The double bedroom has fantastic sea views as does the twin bedroom. The tiled bathroom has bath with shower over.

There are extensive mature gardens at the rear to wander and relax in and take in the stunning sea view. Parking is to the front of the house.
