  • Wake up to the smell of sea air in this luxurious retreat in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. The spacious, four-bedroom property has an open-plan layout and has a choice of spaces both indoors and outside for socialising with family and friends. The holiday home is right in the heart of the seaside resort of Shanklin, providing easy access to the town’s excellent array of boutiques and eateries, along with traditional seaside attractions such as crazy golf and amusement arcades. Take a stroll around the pretty old town, with its idyllic thatched cottages, before following the tree-lined Shanklin Chine down to the sandy beach. Those seeking a longer walk can also stride out along the Isle of Wight Coast Path which passes through the town. Nearby attractions include Carisbrooke Castle and the family amusement park, Blackgang Chine (both 10 miles).

    This luxurious holiday home has been beautifully decorated and furnished, with a stylish mix of contemporary furniture, bold paintwork, and unique artwork and accessories. Leave sandy shoes in the hallway, before heading through to the social hub of the house. This bright, spacious area comprises an Isle of Wight Festival-themed bar area, which has seating for up to 15 people – a great spot to gather for dinner parties and special occasions. Beyond the bar is a sleek kitchen area with all the equipment and worktop space needed to cater for a large group. Rounding off this room is a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV and plenty of seating for enjoying movie nights together. Bi-fold doors from the living space open onto a private balcony. Completing this level is a handy office space, for those needing to take a call or catch up on emails whilst away. You’ll find sofa beds in the office and snug, accommodating another four guests if required. Upstairs, discover four stunning bedrooms and a handy snug, all featuring natural tones and textures to create a calming ambience. The king-size bedroom is a haven of tranquillity, with its own seating area, walk-in dressing room, and en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms (two king-size and one double) share use of a fabulous family shower room. All four bedrooms have Smart TVs for enjoying lazy mornings in bed.

    Outside, relax on one of two large balcony areas, sipping a morning coffee and planning the day’s adventures. You’ll also have access to shared facilities including a heated outdoor swimming pool, cinema/games room, gym, and sauna. Private parking is available for 2 cars.
