"The room was lovely , very clean. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was a joy to stay at."

"Unfortunately the room requested was not available as we had our small dog with us so were allocated a dog friendly room which was fine but it only had a 4’6 bed which really is not expected these days. Following the downgrading of the room by the hotel and being advised that the room requested would be cheaper. The new price unfortunately was not honoured despite numerous requests for a refund so overall not the best experience."

"The room was clean and spacious . We had a room with threes single beds and a little table and chairs. The shower room was nice. There was no reception there was lock boxes to pick up key cards from for the rooms. The price was really reasonable. The beds were very comfortable "

"Amazing stay at Enchanted manor, from the moment we walked in the vibes were warm and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the red squirrels and badger feeding in the evenings was an amazing experience. Could not recommend this place more. "

"The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom. The bedroom was also up flights of stairs The mattress needs to go in the bin now! Our backs are sore we are very tired from such a bad night sleep from the springs in the mattress You can hear the trains but I expect that as it’s next to the station. The breakfast is served in...

"Lovely place but we visited at the coldest time of the year and the heating could have been much more powerful. An EV charger or two would have been very helpful here but I think perhaps I’m asking a bit too much here. "
