"Very spacious and clean . Location also near to One Utama shopping mall. Love the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms set up. Highly recommended! "
"Very good communication especially when I was not able to communicate without Wi-Fi they help me. Location of this unit is very safe, close to restaurant and shopping. Transportation was close by. It is about 40 mins from airport and 20 from center of lumpur. "

They provided plenty of waterbottles for our stay, especially since I needed a lot for breastfeeding. Breakfast was ample and delicious. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained.

"A decent room for single person to stay. I have stay for 3 nights. Hygiene and cleanliness are awesome. Location was meart to mrt and there shopping centre around. Staff was friendly and helpful.thumb up. They provide simple breakfast with bread and coffee. It will be great if they can include eggs inside the breakfast. "

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."
"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay.
