"Awesome place right on the beach…literally, 10 steps to the sand….and about a 2 minute walk across the beach and you’re literally standing in the water. "The condo's floor plan is a bit awkward and small, but the space is utilized efficiently and decorated beautifully. It's modern, maintained well and clean. The kitchen is complete. Thank you. The bed though is too soft for us. The complex is probably one of the oldest in the neighborhood but again is maintained well. The sunset view was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. "Overall for the price was good but needs some updating on appliances, fixtures, doors, furnishings and etc. Probably need to bring your own beach chair and umbrella or plan on renting."
