"Very good. Extremely clean and well organized. Water pressure in the shower is good even though you would not expect that for a basement apt. Lighting good, except for one lamp in the corner, everything worked. Iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, everything you could ask for. Water jugs in the fridge and extra bottles too. "We enjoyed our stay however the listing says the property "sleeps 4" yet there was only 1 bed and nothing like a pullout couch or something. Theres enough space in the livingroom for a blow up mattress but that should be specified with the listing. I had enough space for my playpen and my young child alternated with my partner sleeping on the small couch. Just a more specified description would have helped but otherwise it was exactly what we needed for the weekend. I would book this place...
