"The room was very clean had no issues getting extra towels. Breakfast was to expected at a motel. All in all a good experience."

"It was as expected for the price, and close to my training with a little shopping and coffee close by. This is needed because the rooms are built for rest and relaxation. However, it was clean enough, adequate water pressure, parking directly in front of my room, quiet during my stay and I was only there for two nights. I wouldn’t think all rooms are as adequate and they definitely need more renovation but adequate for what I needed."

"This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. This year we found the room to be quite neglected. The items we noted were as follows: The shower door would not close and had about a 6" gap. The iron had the pointed end broken completely off. "They had no body wash in the shower only small bars of soap. One of the lights by the bed wasn't working. They eventually fixed it after a complaint. The phone in the room did not work."

"My second visit in a month, this time with my wife. Everything was really excellent the staff is really friendly and helpful especially Kayla, if your lucky enough to have her working when you're there she will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They keep the place really clean. One thing we noticed though at the smoking area in the back of the hotel there's a door to the upstairs steps that did not have a card lock for customers staying at the hotel and was unlocked and open."
