"We were in Ft. Smith for the USSSA Baseball Tournament June 27-29, 2025 so I needed something close to the Kelley Park Ballfields. "My wife and I absolutely loved the cabin. It had everything we needed. The view was AMAZING!!! We stayed 7nights and didn’t want to leave! All my family is from down there and this trip was to bring my wife down to meet everyone and show her around my home town! We can’t wait to come back and this beautiful little cabin is definitely on our list to stay at again!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! We appreciated the thoughtfulness that the owner obviously put into the cabin. Waiters for the nearby river for fishing hung on a rack, hot chocolate, snacks, candy and popcorn were on the counter, you can tell they care. The location was so peaceful and quiet! The hot tub on the back porch was our favorite part - it was the perfect spot to watch the sun rise. I saw a few mention the loft being hot, and it seemed they had installed an ac upstairs to help...

"We were in town visiting friends 10 miles away. It was the perfect location. The cabin is well stocked, organized and wonderfully located. Our first night we had our trailer and truck. The parking area fit them well. Our host had a lot of thoughtful necessities available in the cabin. We will book again when we travel to the area. "

"Very nice and cozy house. Tonia was very nice. Had a minor issue the 1st night there and she was willing to come out at 9:30 at night to help but got it fixed before she left her house.
