It's super close to Dollywood and just on the outskirts of main Pigeon Forge, where it is simpler to get in and out if you are trying to go for a quick trip like the grocery store. There were a couple of things that could have been cleaner on but I don't fault the owner at all and didn't mind to just wipe it myself. I let the owner know just as a FYI. "The a/c went out the second day we were there but we got ahold of the onsite housekeeper Leann and she was quick to call the owners, the a/c was fixed in less than 2 hours! We were VERY pleased with that! The cabin makes you feel like home and PLENTY of room to roam around. The only thing we didn’t care for is that it was too close to the road but other than that we’d stay again! "

"The location was great, just a few minutes to walk to the main strip! The cottage was very clean, and the AC was great after being out in the heat all day. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had. We even had a bear pass by the back of the building one day! I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time I visit the Smoky Mountains!"

" This house was AMAZING! The space, beauty of the wood inside and out, the decks, the amenities, the whole family was very pleased. Also the location was almost at the very top of a mountain so we had beautiful views. We had a two minor cleaning issues when we arrived and the property manager addressed them immediately.
