Cocoonr Annecy offers you the opportunity to rent the Villa Signature, a superb family residence perched on the first heights of Sevrier, just 650 m from the lake and a stone's throw from the centre of the village of Sevrier.
With its breathtaking panoramic view over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains, this villa offers a postcard-worthy setting that you'll never tire of.

Sleeping up to 9 people, it's ideal for families and friends, as well as intimate seminars and wellness retreats. Its bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms will appeal to every traveller.

The Villa is composed as follows

Ground floor:
- Spacious entrance hall with armchairs.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed, storage cupboard, lake view.
- Separate shower room with shower, washbasin and WC.
- Utility room with washing machine.

1st floor:
- 40 m² living room, decorated by a renowned interior designer: lounge area with two sofas and TV, convivial dining room, large picture windows offering an unobstructed view of the lake and mountains, access to the balcony/terrace.
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen, also opening onto the balcony/terrace.
- Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed, bookcase, storage cupboards, sofa.

2ᵉ floor:
- Bedroom 3: single bed, desk, storage cupboards, lake view.
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed, desk, wardrobes, balcony access with lake and mountain views.
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds, desk and storage space.

Outside:
- 57 m² terrace with garden furniture and panoramic view of the lake.
- Large 1,725 m² garden, ideal for children.

Additional amenities:
Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cot and high chair available.

Nearby:
Villa Signature is ideally located in a quiet area of Sevrier, just a 10-minute walk from the lake.
- Cycle path along the lake 4 minutes away.
- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 6 minutes' walk away.

What to do :
Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.

Transport :
- Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the villa (Mairie - Sevrier or Le Crêt) provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.
- If you choose to come by car, you can take advantage of two sheltered parking spaces and one unsheltered space.

- Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden.
- Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
- We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.

On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
