"You got what you paid for, meaning it wasn’t too expensive, however the property in and of itself was worth it…good find! I will say there were a lot of large carpenter bees that surrounded the building and walkways. They weren’t going to bother you but if there is someone in your party that’s frightened by any flying insect then there is going to be a problem. Also the beds are not very comfortable at all."

"This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! "We had a great vacation. The location was perfect. Flagler Beach did not disappoint and neither did our accommodations. Very close beach access, so many restaurants, and beautiful sunrises from the deck. We rode our bikes all over. Our host was so accommodating, wonderful little touches, everything we would need, and quick to respond to questions. We will most definitely book this house again!"

"I rented properties for the past 11 years and usually stay 1 to 3 months at the properties. This was the first time there was no gas in the grill and I was told I had to supply the propane??? I’m not sure this grill is functional since I had to reinstall heat shields on burners. Unacceptable!!!!! The grill should be functional at the start!!!!! Property management should take down the picture of the grill 😡 or make sure it’s working!!!!!"

"We could not have been happier with our stay in this lovely rental. This home was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and made for a very relaxing weekend. The fenced in yard and gate allowed our aging dog to be safe without worry. "This was our second stay in this unit. It is comfy, clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed using the pool and visiting with our great neighbors. Having a place to store our bicycles in the locked, bike room was a real plus, and having the full laundry room available to us was appreciated. The best part of our stay is, the condo is only one block away from the beach, restaurants and shops. You can literally walk or bike everywhere."

"Very peaceful, wonderful screen porch watching boats go by and listening to the waves lapping. Nice boardwalk through the grounds with interesting flora. I have to agree with others that the bed was not the most comfortable, however, we brought padding that we use for camping and it was much better. The bed was the only con, and the pros far outweigh that, especially since you can make it more comfortable. Really enjoyed the seclusion and quiet. We will come back!"
