PARKING AND ACCESSIBILITY

Angled pull-off driveway, up to 3 vehicles. Approximately 7 steps to front porch. Lock car doors - local black bears are known to open them!



MOUNTAIN ROAD AND WINTER CONDITIONS

Paved road with some winding, moderately steep sections. 4-wheel drive and/or chains required in winter due to snow and ice. No refunds for weather or road conditions. Travel insurance strongly recommended.



MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE

Nestled in the Smoky Mountains - you may encounter ladybugs (Asian lady beetles) seasonally. We treat and clean regularly.

Travel Insurance: Strict cancellation policy applies - travel insurance is strongly encouraged.



**Essentials Provided: Starter pack of paper products, shampoo, conditioner, and soaps for your first night. Bring additional supplies for the rest of your stay.

**Age Requirement: Booking guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay.

A personal vehicle is required. The cabin is located on a mountain road in Eagles Springs Resort. 4-wheel drive recommended in winter months. Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg are all within 10-30 minutes by car.

QUIET HOURS

This is a quiet residential mountain neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Absolutely NO parties are permitted.
