The cabin had plenty of bedrooms and beds. This was the first biggest challenge when finding a place. And, pet friendly, second challenge. Cabin was easy to enter upon arrival. Decorated nicely for Christmas. Plenty of pillows in each bedroom area. Three sitting areas allowed for separate activities or a bit of quiet time. The fireplace did not work properly which was sad for some in the group. The maintenance staff was made aware and was looking into the possible reason. The cabin cleaner left two washcloths, in the cabin bathrooms (there are 5), we had eight people in our party. We did ask for more washcloths and hand towels and those were brought to us. When we arrived there were no kitchen towels but these were also delivered when the maintenance staff came to check on the dishwasher. The kitchen is decently supplied with pots, pans, dishes. Plenty of utensils. Each bedroom has a television. And there are games upstairs that offer family fun. We did not plan to be traveling into Sevierville or Pigeon Forge so the location for this short trip was fine. If we were staying for a longer stay the distance to the tourist attractions may not be great, depending upon season and traffic. Four and half stars because of the non-working fireplace. The property management company was excellent. I would consider other properties from Acorn Ridge because of this property management experience.
