No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Lost & Found Policy: Any items left behind after checkout that guests would like returned will be subject to a $50 non-refundable handling fee, in addition to all applicable shipping and packaging costs. This fee helps cover the time and coordination involved in locating, storing, packaging, and arranging shipment of forgotten items. Payment must be received prior to shipment.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Accessibility
Stairs are required to enter the home, and the property is multi-level. It may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Winter Driving Conditions
Four-wheel drive (4WD) is required during winter or snowy conditions to safely access the property.

On-Site Rentals
There are two additional vacation rental homes located on the property. These may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Charcoal & Firewood are NOT provided
Please note that charcoal for the grill and firewood are not provided. Guests will need to bring their own if they plan to use these amenities.

Starter Supplies
A limited amount of starter supplies is provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
