-> PETS: This property is dog-friendly! Please keep in mind our pet fee, which is $50 per dog per night. We allow up to 4 dogs for any booking. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur an additional fee. The pet fee is automatically added to the booking total when pets are included in the guest count at the time of booking. If a pet is added after the time of booking, a payment request will be sent for the pet fee.
-> HOT TUB: A hot tub is available on the 3rd floor deck that is cleaned and maintained routinely. Spa chemicals are available in the cabinet by the theater room and we recommend adding 1 scoop daily following use.
-> TRASH INFO: Trash bins are located in a locking, bear-proof metal cage by the front driveway. Please be sure to bag all trash, place inside the bins in the metal cage, and keep this locked to avoid unwanted animals. Bins will be emptied after checkout. Should trash need to be emptied during your stay, a $50 house call for trash removal can be requested.

The Booking Guest must be at least 18 years old to book this property and must be present during the reserved dates. These are terms that are agreed in the required Rental Agreement.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with Great Escapes Homes. We use an approved API-connected software provider, OwnerRez, and will provide guests an OwnerRez Rental Agreement link to the rental agreement after booking.

Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered which is 19 people for this property.

Winter reak Family Trip

The property was wonderful for a large group.There wZ plenty of room for everyone and the cabin was furnished perfect with blankets and kitchen accessories. We diffently will come back! Lynn the host was very helpful and made the booking very easy and even checked on us while we were there.

Family vacation

This trip was planned as a Christmas gift for our children and grandchildren. Although it was a wet rainy mess most of the trip. There was plenty for the kiddos to do in the cabin. The main living area was a little small for all of us to sit together, there was room on each floor for us to spread out. Communication with the host was outstanding. Check in was effortless. The cabin had everything we need in the kitchen. Great place to stau.

Great Family Trip

We had 3 generations of family stay in Lynnā€™s cabin. It worked great. Plenty of space. Easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Nice views of the mountains. You can even see the Dollywood fireworks at night.

Smokey mountain vacation

The area was beautiful and the cabin was nice. The pictures need to be updated as there were only two video games and only one worked and most of the led lights didnā€™t work. They also didnā€™t provide enough trash bags and paper products (or we couldnā€™t find them). Lynn was terrific and responded to our emails almost immediately. The 3rd floor AC stopped working and she had someone out there in just a few hours to get it up and running. We had a great time and the cabin was nice it just fell short on some of the expectations set by the photos. Spa worked great. I would recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home!

Lynn was an excellent communicator! We had an issue with linens that took a couple of day to correct, but she was prompt and efficient in staying of top of things. Most well-equipped kitchen weā€™ve had in a vacation rental - plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans, etc. to accommodate our large family plus a dinner guest on a couple of nights. Plenty of room for quiet time or family time!

There were BED BUGS in the kids area. Also, very basic amenities were missing. There was no hand soap, shower gel or shampoo in the bathrooms. Bathroom locks were broken. Few lights were out, few LED lights in kids area were not working. TV has power but some of the the tv remotes were missing and some of the tv remotes were not working at all. All the board games were broken. One of the arcade guns was not working. We didn't expected this at all. We came with family to spend some quality time but even basic things were not working. The family didn't like it.

Easy check in, clean place, great locale

We had a wonderful time. Plenty of things to do, kept us from going to town and spending money at all the tourists traps! 13 of us stayed and had plenty of room and we were not on top of each other. Movie night in the large theater room was the highlight next to the second floor game room that kept us busy many hours and off our phones and connected with each other.
