Escape to the mountains and enjoy the everything this 3-floor cabin, with abundant natural light, has to offer. Nestled in the mountains between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, in the Sky Harbor community, this cabin offers something for everyone to have a memorable vacation!

Open Concept Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen
You enter the cabin on the main floor, where you will find the open concept living room with two couches, a 65” Roku TV, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all common appliances—stove, dishwasher, microwave—cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, mugs, and plating needs.

Master Bedroom
The main floor also has the master bedroom with a fan/light combo, dresser, Vizio TV with Smartcast, king-sized bed and an ensuite full bathroom! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi for you to soak in after a long day exploring the area or hiking in the mountains.

Loft
If you are looking for a quieter place in the cabin, the loft is the place to be! Unlike most cabins, this loft features an enclosed private bedroom with fan/light combo, dresser, queen-sized bed, Vizio TV with Smartcast, and an ensuite bathroom!

Laundry
Right outside the bedroom door to the loft bedroom, at the top of the staircase, is a stackable washer/dryer unit. On the inside of the laundry door you will find an ironing board and iron.

Bar and Game Room
Make your way to the basement for the ultimate hang out spot! The stairs are right by the kitchen, and once you get to the basement on the right you will find the wet bar and gameroom and on the left you will find the bunk beds and sleeper sofa.

The wet bar comes fully stacked with shot glasses, cups for cocktails, bowls for snacks, a mixer and of course, a separate fridge right below the bar to keep any drinks cold!!
In the same room as the bar, you can find a pool table, Vizio TV with Smartcast and a couch! If you’re not mixing drinks, or running the pool table, check out all the board games in the wooden side table next to the couch!

There is a table opposite the couch (next to the bunk beds) that seats 4 people for your playing needs! The following board games come with the cabin:

Bunk Bed Room
On the other side of the basement you will find the bunk bed, sleeper sofa, and full bathroom. That’s right, there is a full bathroom on each floor, no more waiting in long lines for someone else to finish getting ready! This room also has a dresser with mirror and a Vizio TV with Smartcast. In the closet you will find hangers in case you need to hang anything as well as pillows and bedding for the sleeper sofa.

The bunk bed is a twin over twin bunk bed, and the sleeper sofa has a queen mattress.

Decks
There are two private back decks as well! The basement and main floor each have a back deck decorated with LED lights pre-programmed on a dusk-to-dawn setting to make for an unforgettable evening!
The first floor deck has a large picnic table that comfortably seats 8 people so you can enjoy a nice family meal outside. This deck also has two rocking chairs to relax in while looking into the woods!
The basement deck has a hot tub and patio furniture for anyone who wants to relax (or needs to wait in line after losing in pool).

Things to Note
Important Disclaimers About Our Cabin:
The floors throughout the cabin show some life to them. We decided to keep the rustic look instead of replace the floors because we think it helps maintain the cabin's original character and charm!

All car types can access the cabin without any issues!
The Sky Harbor community is in the mountains, which results in hilly and narrower (than city) roads. There is a blind curve and a blind hill, however if you are alert, you have nothing to worry about. The roads are salted prior to winter storms, but please keep in mind that if there is snow on the ground, it is encouraged to use chains and have a vehicle with 4-wheel drive capabilities.
There is wildlife around the property. You may have the chance of seeing different animals walking around but that is all part of living in the mountains. Please respect the wildlife as we are in their house.

House Rules are Strictly Enforced:
1. Maximum number of guests: 8
2. All guests must be 25+ (children with parents are allowed, children count towards 8 person max)
3. No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late you will be charged an extra $100 per hour
4. No pets! If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave without a refund
5. No refunds for circumstances out of our control like weather, power outages, and/or natural disasters
6. Absolutely no fires inside or out. We are in the woods, wildfires are a very real risk!
7. Please take care of the furniture, and do not move it. You will be held accountable for any damages
8. Please start the dishwasher prior to checkout, and please place all trash bags in the bear-safe trash container outside. Please ensure all trash is bagged and knotted!
9. No alcohol or drugs at or near the hot tub. Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant and/or intoxicated. Hot tub usage is at your own risk. Please do not lean on the privacy screen (hanging plants by hot tub).
10. No illegal substances allowed on the premises
