Guests have access to the home and its guest amenities, including the indoor pool, golf simulator, barrel sauna, hot tub, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, game spaces, outdoor deck, and outdoor spaces.

Owner closets, locked storage, and maintenance spaces are not available for guest use.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

Payment Terms: 25% pf the reservation total is due at booking, 25% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in, with the remaining balance due 30 days before check-in.

**Security Deposit / Damage Authorization: An $850 security deposit hold is required for damage protection. The authorization hold is placed one (1) days prior to check-in. No charges will occur unless damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking remediation, unauthorized pet-related charges, or other rule-related charges occur during the stay. Any deposit, card-on-file process, claim, release, or refund is handled as permitted by Vrbo and the reservation terms.

This Guests will have access to starter supplies, including basic essentials to begin the stay. For longer trips or larger groups, guests may want to purchase additional supplies.

Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, quiet hours, parking areas, and shared community standards throughout the stay.

A signed waiver and/or guest agreement is required before check-in.

PET POLICY: Pets may be allowed with prior approval. Pet fee is $100 per stay, per pet. Maximum 2 pets, up to 25 lbs each. Pets must be house-trained.

Guests must comply with all house rules throughout the stay, including pool, hot tub, barrel sauna, smoking, pet, parking, noise, and occupancy policies.

The indoor pool is heated to at least 80°F.

The fire feature is an outdoor gas fire table, not a wood-burning fire pit.
