The Serenity tiny house (#4) sits on the Mountain Shire property located just minutes from top attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. Enjoy 200 sq. ft. plus loft of living space that includes hi-speed internet, a loft with queen-sized bed, living room with sofa-bed and Roku TV, kitchenette (Keurig coffee pods included) and bathroom with shower. Outdoor amenities include a private chiminea, lounge chairs and shared BBQ and fire pit areas. There are other tiny houses for rent on the property.

This tiny house has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Smoky Mountains. Free WiFi is available inside of the tiny house and elsewhere on the property.

This tiny house has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Smoky Mountains. Free WiFi 📶 is available inside the tiny house and across Mountain Shire. There are other tiny houses on the property, and we are pet-friendly 🐾 (only $79 fee)!

The living room includes:
✦ Large sofa-bed 🛋️
✦ Small table with two chairs 🍽️
✦ 32'' Roku smart TV 📺
✦ Wall-mounted air conditioning/heater with remote ❄️🔥
✦ Board games and books 🎲📚

The kitchenette includes:
✦ Electric stove top 🔥
✦ Microwave 🍽️
✦ Galanz refrigerator with freezer 🧊
✦ Keurig coffee maker (including coffee pods) ☕
✦ Hot-water kettle (including tea bags) 🍵

The bathroom economizes space and might be a tight squeeze for some. It includes:

✦ Hot-cold water shower 🚿 (Hot water tank allows ~10-minute showers before reheating)

🚫 There is no sink in the bathroom.

The loft sleeping area (up a short flight of stairs) features:

(Loft height is ~4 ft; may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.)

Our tiny house is located in the lower lot of the Mountain Shire property with views of our garden and surrounding valley area. There are eight tiny houses in total on the property.

Mountain Shire is adjacent to Bigfoot Philly Cheese Stakes and a short distance from Wears Valley Zip Line Adventures.
