The Space:

The moment you arrive, the creek does the welcoming. You hear it from the hot tub, from the covered gazebo, from the master bedroom. It runs year-round and never gets old.



MAIN LEVEL: Warm knotty wood tones, and a gas fireplace anchor the living room. Plush sofas, one with a queen sleeper, a farmhouse dining table with bench seating, and windows looking straight into the trees. The kitchen has a GE refrigerator, stainless range and oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig. Wine glasses, toaster, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all there.



MASTER SUITE (MAIN LEVEL): King bed with plush cotton sheets and a soft comforter. Woodland views through the window. En-suite bathroom with freestanding soaking tub, glass walk-in shower with rain showerhead, river rock pebble tile, complimentary bath bombs and bath salts, and two white plush robes.



GUEST BEDROOM 1 (MAIN LEVEL): Queen bed with cotton sheets, a 44" Roku TV, and woodland views. Steps from the full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.



GUEST BEDROOM 2 (BASEMENT): King bed with private bathroom outside the door and direct walkthrough to the game room. A second queen sofa sleeper in the adjacent lounge handles guests.



THE GAME ROOM Full-size pool table. Three arcade machines, Pinball, Ping Pong, UNO.

BASEMENT LOUNGE: Bumper pool table, Wheel of Fortune, Poker table/with cards & chips, Jumbo Jenga, Yahtzee, and UNO. The lounge has a leather couch & love seat, 55" Roku TV, purple LED ambiance, and a wood bar with a mini fridge — BYOB.



OUTDOORS: Covered gazebo deck directly above the creek — Adirondack chairs, string lights, and the sound of moving water below. Hot tub (24/7, all year) and private sauna on a timber-frame pavilion. Fire pit with log-stump seating, gas and charcoal grill, upper deck with rocking chairs. Raccoons, chipmunks, turkeys and the occasional bear visit the 4 acres regularly.

Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a scenic 15-30 minute drive. You get the best of both worlds: total peace on the property, and all the action just down the mountain.
