This huge luxury home sits on 3 acres right in the Smoky Mountains. 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms
The main floor has a huge fully functional kitchen with 2 refrigerators a convection cook top , oven and microwave there are also two coffee makers traditional and a k cup. The 13 foot kitchen island gives plenty of space for those bigger meals and the 10 foot table provides plenty of seating. Just off the kitchen is the covered screened porch with seating for 20 overlooking the pool and hot tub.
The main floor has four bedrooms : the primary bedroom has a king adjustable tempur-pedic bed with a Jacuzzi tub and a 15 foot walk in shower with double sinks and a large closet . The second room has a queen bed with a triple twin bunk with its own en-suite and large closet and shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a triple twin bunk Jack and Jill with its own large closet. The forth bedroom has an over sized king bed with a triple twin bunk Jack and Jill restroom and shower with bedroom three.
On the main level there is also a dedicated office room which has a pull out twin bed
Just out the door from the office is the laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of room for every ones laundry.

The lower level has bedroom five with is a queen pull out sofa and full bunk beds and bedroom 6 is a queen bed . The lower level also has a 10 foot theater screen and seating for 6, a pool table and Foosball table and a 15 foot custom shuffle board table.
As you exit the lower level you walk out onto the another covered seating area on your way to your own private pool and hot tub. There is a large gas grill and gas fire table in the area for those long relaxing pool days(The first tank is supplied for both.). Seating for 25. Just outside the fence at the pool a short walk up the hill you will find a wood fire pit small gazebo seating and swing set for the kids ( there is one big swing for the adults as well) .
The home will sleep 25 (16 if all adults)

Hot tub is open year round. The pool is always open but not always warm. You have the option to heat it as follows. April, May,June, July, Aug.,Sept.,Oct.,Nov.
it can Not be heated Dec., Jan., Feb., March. eating rates do vary as gas prices vary your amount will be calculated the week before you arrive based on how many days you need it .

There are no check ins or outs on Holidays.
We also have security cameras outside the property for safety and maintenance purposes. They are located at every corner of the property and at the front door.

Parking is onsite for up to 8 vehicles. All the amenities of home set right in the Smokey Mountains with plenty of area to explore. All the roads to the property are asphalt and great for biking or walking in the mountains.
