  • Perfect for a romantic getaway and even better if you want to bring the kids as this cabin features a bonus kids bunk and game room. With the loft king suite and 2 full baths this cabin hits a price point below a 2 bedroom and will be a better value than a 2 bedroom with indoor pool! This cabin is so versatile it also not too big and perfect for a honeymoon or romantic spa getaway - you will have an indoor pool, game room, sauna and heart shaped jacuzzi tub.

    Enjoy relaxing on your deck with mountain views and retiring to your 101 degree hot tub after a long day of hiking or enjoying many of the areas near by activities.

    Bedroom and Sleeping Arrangements:
    Loft - King Suite: King Bed - Sleeps 2
    Main Level - Bedroom 1: Single Bunk - Sleeps 2
    Main Level - Bedroom 1: Futon - Sleeps 2

    Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Pool was not available but the company offered to move us or credit which was great! We used the hot tub several nights and loved it. Location has steep driving so be aware. Description and pics were exactly as described. Very clean cabin!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was absolutely beautiful. The wood was gorgeous, the views were awesome. We had the full moon light in the huge window which was so amazing to see. The pool was great, I loved having privacy. The hot tub felt wonderful in the evening. We used the sauna (it takes an hour to heat up) so if you want to use it I would remember that. The bed was very comfortable and the bunk beds were adorable! We had a great time. I didn't want to leave!we also enjoyed playing pool!

The cabin had a private pool - AWESOME!! The cabin was beautiful! LOVED IT! It was well maintained and clean. Just a suggestion, a walk in shower would be great, considering there is a jacuzzi tub. Property Management was professional and very prompt with information you needed but you do need better signs leading to your cabins. It did get a little confusing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our stay at the Holy Smokies Pool Palace. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4- to adults and two boys (ages 7 and 3). We wanted a place that would be easy and provide some built-in entertainment and this cabin had it all from the in-door pool, hot tub, arcade game, plenty of TVs (no fighting over what to watch), and pool table. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, had groceries close by with Food City and dined at Three Jimmys. Elk Springs also made things so easy from start to finish. We will for sure book again! Thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the cabin, it was just enough room for our family. There needs to be more than 4 forks though. The only thing that will keep us from going to this cabin again was the overwhelming, overpowering smell of chlorine. We are still trying to wash that smell out of the items we brought to the cabin. As soon as you walk in, it hits you in the face.

Relaxing and secluded vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very clean and relaxing. Pictures were accurate and it had everything we hoped it would. Only two issues were the toilet in the bedroom bathroom had an issue with the handle and we received two texts during our stay that came off as accusatory. Both came later at night. The first was in regards to covering the hot tub (we had only looked at the hot tub and thought we had covered it properly, this may have been a reminder text but came off as we had done something wrong) and the second accused us of having a pet in the cabin (we did not) and charging us a pet deposit ($150). When I responded that we did not have a pet and asking if it was a mistake, I got a response of "possibly, sorry for the confusion." They may need to look at their customer service and text systems. Outside of these two issues, the stay was amazing.

I'm really at a loss for words.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well for starters this was expensive for us. The stay was not great for the price. The pool was dirty, dirty dishes that we had to wash. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom, hottub had floating white pieces in it. The neighbors hot tub is on the porch facing our cabin. We woke everymorning to naked neighbors. I have small children so this is unacceptable. How do you charge what you do, and not ensure cleanliness, I've also stayed at 1 star hotels/cabins that provided coffee. You guys are too cheap for that too!? I'm really not satisfied and will NOT be back. I also need someone to reach out about some money back. The pictures compared to what the cabin actually looks like is false.
