You'll have access to the entire house. Only one short hill on a fully paved two car wide road to your mountain view getaway. Flat parking for at least two cars + overflow spots roadside near the adjacent house.

GUEST ACCESS

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS
Highly recommend Travel Insurance for those unexpected circumstances out of one's control and you need to cancel your reservation.

It's bear country. Pests and critters are all around .Keep doors/windows closed securely.
*. Bears can open car doors. Keep food stored in the house and lock car doors.
*. TRASH must be placed in bear proof bin.

We provide bath and hot tub towels, linens, extra pillows, dishwasher soap, hand/body soap, shampoo, conditioner in each bathroom. You may need to bring extra for your trip.

You will have two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, and 2 rolls of paper towels as a starter pack. After that, feel free to purchase or bring more. The store is close by.

Complimentary starter pack of K-cups plus fresh roast at the coffee bar with a Keurig-regular drip style combo unit. (1st morning filters and creamer provided.)

Pack 'n play and high chair for the little ones.

Guest access
Guests have use of the entire house (except locked owner's closet on main floor). WiFi: Network: Mountain View Escape 1023 Password: SeeL3C0nTe25! Heating/Cooling: Use the thermostat on Main Floor living room and Lower Level bunk room. Max cool 68 deg F and heat 76 deg F. Please turn off when leaving. Smart TV instructions on cards by each TV and in Guidebook. Kitchen: Feel free to use all appliances. Dishwasher pods are under the sink. Step stool, iron/ironing board in washer/dryer closet (detergent on shelf). Hair dryer in cabinet under main floor sink. Extra toilet paper in adjacent cabinets in all bathrooms. Trash & Recycling: Inside garbage can next to refrigerator. Bear safe trash bins are located by the front deck. Quiet Hours: 10pm–8am. Please respect our neighbors. Check-out: Place used bed sheets/pillowcases at foot of bed, used towels in tub opposite the faucet, run dishwasher on Normal cycle if dirty dishes, place all trash outside in the bins, hot tub cover on, all doors locked and windows closed, lights off. Check entire house for personal items. Lock door behind you using bottom R icon. Test door to verify locked. . If you have questions, message us anytime. Enjoy your stay!

MOUNTAIN VIEW ESCAPES HOUSE RULES:
☞ You must be 22 yrs old to book
☞ Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed on-site/adjacent overflow parking. More overflow space down at retention pond. (Campers, trailers, RV's not allowed).
☞ You agree to be charged an extra $200 plus expenses for steam-cleaning and deodorizing services AND to both immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent for violations of these house rules:
* This is a NO SMOKING cabin (cigarettes, vaping, cigars, etc)
* NO PETS ALLOWED.
- Maximum of 12 guests. No Parties allowed.
- Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am.
- Any moved furniture must be carefully returned to it's original location.
- Hot tub use is permitted for ≥ 16 yr old at your own risk. Please review hot tub use guidelines.

CHECK-OUT time is before 10am EST. Instructions will be sent the day before checkout. Instructions also listed on refrigerator under "House Rules" sheet. Please respect this schedule to also allow cleaners ready access before the next guest
* You agree to pay a $25 fee for every 15min beyond 10am EST that you leave the property on check-out day.
